Laser Lithotripsy Success

Elderly female, age 74, came with pain abdomen and vomiting. On evaluation, she was found to have raised ot pt of 230 and 419 with alp of 815, ggt 654. Bilirubin, renal functions and CBC within normal limits. She had ho previous cholecystectomy. Mrcp done shows large stone (1.5 cm) in distal intrapancreatic CBD (17mm). She was taken up for ercp (cholangioscopy with laser lithotripsy) Done in livasa hospital, thus breaking stone and it’s removal endoscopically, Saving major surgery in elderly patient Minimal invasive Early discharge
