Dr. Pulkit Dhiman

I started my professional journey after clearing my 10+2, obtaining overall merit with the rank of 66 and a topper in chemistry from Punjab. I started MBBS after obtaining a good rank in pre-medical entrance exams.

After clearing my MBBS, with a distinction in Physiology and Ophthalmology, I took my Pre entrance exams for Post Graduation. I got selected on the first attempt with a rank of 44 and opted for MD in Internal Medicine from Prestigious Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. After clearing my MD which lasted three years, I worked at Columbia Asia Hospital Patiala in my home town. I stayed with them for Two years as a Registrar in Medicine.

Afterwards, I worked as an Assistant professor in Medicine at Adesh Medical College and Hospital in Haryana for a year. I cleared my DM entrance NEET SS exam afterwards and got selected for DM Gastroenterology program in my parent institute, ie Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana attaining a top position in Punjab. I completed my DM Gastroenterology under the able leadership of Professor Dr Ajit Sood. I joined SPS-Apollo Hospitals Ludhiana as a consultant in Gastroenterology and worked there for two years. Presently I am associated with the IVY group of Hospitals and providing my services at Khanna since November 2022.

IBS
